Hala Oryx

Hala is Amaan’s carefree and naive younger sister. She is typically unaware of things going on around her and is distracted by the beauty of the natural world. She and Amaan share the typical brother/ sister relationship and she is very good at playing the part of the bratty younger sister.

Occasionally, Hala’s speech impediment surfaces when she becomes emotional - whether it is with excitement, nervousness, or apprehension. Hala demonstrates her mature side when Amaan places himself in an unknown or dangerous situation, and becomes his voice of reason. Even though she is the bratty little sister, she looks up to Amaan with a great deal of respect and admiration.
